Event Description
The San Carlos Bay power squadron will be having a course on Digital Charting. The course will intoduce you to the newest electronic tools for navigation. The class will teach you to use Maptech technology. You must know how to read charts to take this course. See our chart reading course in an earlier ad. Bring your notebook or laptop to class and we will load the maptach software on your machine. Enter waypoints, plan a route compute distances and print your entire trip. The class is 3 1/2 hours long and costs $40. Cost includes all materials and software.
